First, Dr. Lim was wonderful. I was told my new frames wouldn't be covered under my insurance until next year. I was told I could bring in frames and they'd replace the lenses. I brought in the frames. The lab broke them! It took WEEKS to get them back. I called and the lady behind the fitting desk area was rude, even over the phone. I thought it was just one occasion but no. Each time I called the condescending and abrupt way she communicated made a bad situation worse, on top of money lost having to replace the expensive frames out of pocket. So on top of frustration, time lost, and money, this lady...I will not be back. Again, Dr. Lim was awesome but the lady...

Love Dr Lim but her staff in the back are just so unprofessional. No can of customer service etiquette none whatsoever. I will be looking into finding somewhere else to have my exam done. Dr. Lim your employees can be your rise or your down fall of your business.

I have cataracts and glaucoma and needed a diabetic eye exam. Dr. Helen Lim is the sweetest optometrist ever! Her staff was extremely professional and friendly beyond words! We felt right at home and like family! We will be returning for years to come! I'm extremely grateful for her services

The front desk clerks Morgan and the young lady at the check in desk today, are very unprofessional. They decided to have a full conversation about patients while I'm waiting to be seen. This is very rude and annoying. Mrs. Agnes is the best, friendly professional clerk at this business.

I've been with Dr. Lim since I was a kid! Thanks to her exam, my family and I was able to find out that I have an autoimmune disorder. I had been to many different type of specialists and it was my eye doctor that caught it! I am forever grateful for Dr. Lim and her exceptional staff! Always a warm welcoming feeling when I go to see them for my annual vision exams.
