Presently sitting in their cold office waiting on my mother to be seen. We've been here for 2.5 hours so far. Still waiting. They overbook appts, and don't seem to care about wait time. Staff is friendly, and Dr seems to care, but definitely need a new system for workflow. Will be getting records transferred after today.

My Brother and I are patient's here. Dr. Ana L. Flores is our Ophthalmologist. She is very professional, friendly. She shows a lot of care for us. My brother had to have a surgery on his eye, she recommended the doctor to use because of his experience in that area. The surgery was very successful. She is very detail when discussing your overall eye care, the treatment plan. Her bed side manners is outstanding. Her staff is wonderful as well. If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist. I would highly recommend her.

I'm in the office doing a review as I wait. The wait time is ridiculous. The wait room is over crowded. I don't like the fact if we're discussing any issues at the front desk they talk too loud and everyone can hear what you got going on. The whole office don't need to know that I have a balance. I had to tell them can we discuss this in private.
I had to come back and edit my review. It's 11:30 we still waiting.

Been to this office many times. Dr. Flores is awesome. She is an excellent doctor/surgeon but her bed side manner is what sets her apart from others. She really cares about her patients and it shows. When a patient and family member walk in you are treated like a dear family member, your not just a patient or a number. The staff is very caring as well and everyone goes out of their way to provide a great experience for the patient and who ever is accompanying them. Highly recommend doctor Flores.

What a horrible experience!! Amy is the worst!! She brags about the many jobs she has held, probably because she is so rude. I've heard several people comment on her ugly attitude. This is a very poorly run office. The wait is excruciating. And no one is held accountable for their actions. I do not recommend visiting this office. Find another eye doctor unless you enjoy wasting time and being treated poorly.

Received a call to be reminded of my appointment and I asked the lady how much my copay would be and she said $45. I arrived and was told that I have to pay a deductible of $200 without them filing anything with my health insurance first. I was told that once my insurance pays their portion that the remaining balance would go to any other doctor I see. I found this information to be a bit sketchy being that it was my first time ever hearing of such a policy so I decided to cancel my appointment and find another doctor.
