I love Dr Walsh . I've been coming to this location for years. When my blood sugar was high she off the top knew it based on my vision. The staff is friendly. It smells nice & it's clean.

I've been going to Eyes For You for years and always had great experiences with Dr. Walsh and the longtime staff.
Unfortunately, since the practice was bought by a new company, the experience has gone downhill.
A new (to me) staff member used aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics that felt more like a used car dealership than a medical office--fast talking, pushing expensive designer frames, and aggressively trying to upsell.
I called ahead to confirm the advertised exam + frame special for $129 and was told it was valid. It's still listed on the website, yet in person they could not honor it.
The entire visit was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. Additionally, I reached out prior to posting this review to share my experience directly with the company and received no response.

I am so happy with my new glasses! The staff were SUPER helpful and friendly from start to finish. I usually have a hard time finding frames that fit my face, but they quickly recommended styles that looked great on me. They also have a big selection, so there were plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience--I'll definitely be coming back!

Went here for years, ignoring the fact that the doctor would frequently talk over me. When I pointed out that the new glasses they were giving me were wrong, they tried to tell me I was wrong, and wouldn't check the Rx in them - until I lost my cool, then they checked and sure enough, the Rx hadn't been done correctly. When I demanded my money back because this was the 3rd year in a row that this had happened, I was told they would refund me but I'd have to be formally dismissed as a patient. I said fine and demanded my records, and they outright REFUSED to give me my file. Now, this morning, I'm getting text messages addressed to my dead name about coming back in because it is time for an exam. I haven't been in that office in 3 years and they banned me while refusing to hand over my records - and they can't keep track of the fact that I'm no longer a patient?!?! I don't care if this is new owners - this is bad business.

Dr. Walsh is the best optometrist in town. She explains why you should or should not do things and she has a professional and welcoming personality. Naz was awesome and patient, I always take forever to find glasses. She was very informative and I learned a lot. Priscila was really nice as well.
