ALL members of the staff (from the intake specialists to the technicians to the doctors to the folks who say goodbye on your way out to book your next appointment) are compassionate, competent, and make you feel valued. Procedures are explained in a way that a lay person can understand, waiting room throughput is timely (and there's updated reading material - LOL), and the team's responsiveness to messages or requests is super prompt. Dr. Steven Williams is my ophthalmologist, and I am beyond grateful for his ability to be a calming presence amidst what can be very scary moments dealing with vision challenges. He has been thoughtful and patient, and in my case, does only what is necessary - allowing my body and the gift of time to reveal the most prudent courses of action. His staff interact as a close knit family would, and they make you feel incredibly welcome in their work 'home' every visit. Just a solidly satisfying experience - so glad to see that customer service is alive and well at this establishment. Thank you all for the excellent care!

I always have a good experience at Dr Williams office. Wait time is short, staff is very pleasant and he explains everything clearly.

Had a potentially serious problem develop on a Saturday afternoon. I called on a friend's recommendation and the on call doctor called back in just a few minutes, then met me at the office. Excellent care, pleasant staff when they called to schedule my follow up on Monday. Best experience possible.
