I am a regular patient and great fan of the excellent care I receive from the doctors and staff. I wanted to surprise my spouse with eyeglasses as my spouse had found on line the "perfect" frames. So I snuck them out of the house and brought them to my favorite eye glass location. Kim, the general manager, called me to explain that damage had been accidently done to the frames when the lens were fitted. She went above and beyond to correct the error. Mistakes happen in every business. It is how managers deal with them that make companies excel. She located another pair of the "perfect frames", had the lens fitted and my spouse was overjoyed when Kim walked over and pulled them out the box. Greatness is not in never falling, but in rising every time you fall. Kim (and her great staff) have achieved that greatness and excel in superb customer service.

Wonderful staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, I got some great frame, girl, you know I'll be lookin' cute!!!

My family and I had appointments last Saturday with Dr. Roach and oh my goodness, she is AMAZING! From the very beginning, the pre-examination process was smooth, professional, and thorough. The staff explained everything clearly and made sure my children, ages 8 and 12, were comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Azalia Roach's attention to detail during the actual eye exams was unmatched. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and explain what she was seeing in a way we could all understand. The level of care she showed will definitely keep us coming back. The front desk staff were also fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and so helpful throughout our visit. And once the exams were finished, choosing glasses was easy and even fun. We've been wearing glasses for years, and this was hands down the BEST eye care experience our family has ever had. I truly appreciate all of these amazing ladies!

I really liked Dr Emily Meredith. She was not only nice but also knowledgeable. The lady that fits me for my glasses is always nice to me. She has always fits me for my glasses since MyeyeDr has opened and before then. She is the reason I get my glasses at Myeye Dr.

Being a teacher means that all family appointments happen during the summer. This last Saturday was our family eye doctor appointments. All five of us scheduled appointments, and I could not be more pleased with the way the office handled my three young children. They were patient, kind, and understanding. We will forever be at this doctors office.

I love Ms Kim and Dr Meredith And Ms Jasmine!!! They are patient and understanding my vision issues I highly recommend them to anyone!!! Nice selection of glasses too!!

I had the best experience in the office this morning. Dr. Meredith was friendly and patient with me. Lactretia also was very patient as she worked with me during my visit. The assistant manager Kim has the patiences of Job. Ms. Kim worked with me as i practiced getting the contact lenses in and out. I am leaving the office in my new contact lenses. Thank you !

Kim and Lily are awesome. Anytime I come in for me or my children, they're thorough, VERY patient and overall super helpful with the whole process. My family has been coming to this location for over 6 years now and I truly love it here.
