Has the best experience and I wasn't even a patient at first, I initially came in with my sister, but the customer service that we both received from the staff was immaculate. I absolutely cannot wait until the time of my appointment & receive the same experience again. Also, my sister was able to get amazing, pretty designer frames at reasonable price! I love this office & so excited to experience at a new optometrist. Thank you all so much at myEyeDr university, from me and my sister!

1st time visiting this location and when I say im SUPER IMPRESSED .. I MEAN IT!! I called and set the appointment due to my normal location being booked up. Shalika was able to get me in the office in 2 days to see the Dr.! Came in got my exam from Dr. Barkley and had the BEST help and service from the staff! Purchased my Glasses with all the bells and whistles effortlessly! Thank you Shalika, Kaylin, and Jaquita for answering my 32 questions and taking care of my vision needs!

Shalika and her team did an outstanding job. The service was impeccable and the professionalism was exclusive. MyEyeDr is a great company place to take care of your optical needs!

UPDATE 11/17/2025: Patient Relations was very prompt to address and resolve the issues from my visit on 11/14/2025. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I came in Friday to exchange contact lenses for the exact same product at the exact same price. This should have been a simple, zero-balance exchange. Instead, I was incorrectly charged $80. When I questioned this, the staff could not explain the logic of their own transaction. What should have taken 5 minutes turned into an extended argument where I had to reverse-engineer their accounting to figure out what they should have done. The core issue: The staff at this location do not understand how to process a basic product exchange. They cannot reconcile their own system, explain their charges coherently, or acknowledge errors when they make them. This isn't just one billing mistake. This is a fundamental training failure that suggests either inadequate staff training or a system so confusing that competent people can't operate it correctly. If you use this location: Verify every charge. Do not assume the front desk understands their billing system. Check your receipts before you leave. I have full documentation of all transactions and have escalated this to Patient Relations and corporate. This location needs a complete operational review. Update pending based on corporate response.

The eye doctors at this location are so kind and helpful! Front desk staff are super fun and friendly too. Makes a trip to the eye doctor enjoyable!

Shalika and Kaylin are WONDERFUL! So sweet, so helpful, explained everything so well and detailed. Dr. Barkley was very informative and kind as well! Great personalities and great service!

I started with them in September 3 of 2024. Had my eye exam, picked out frames. But they some how couldn't locate my lenses. Finally the found them in another state. Virginia I think.. when finally received them many "months later , I could not read with them. They told me to give them a few weeks. Still couldn't read with them. Could only use the driving lense. So they told me they may have messed up my script. So they tested my eyes again. But when the second set of lenses came in , same thing . I could see using the top driving lense and the middle lense for watching TV. But still couldn't read with them. So the new manager Angela threw in a free pair of frames so when they redid my lenses I would have two pair of frames and lenses. So I said ok.. Now we are into 2025. The re-checked my eyes and sent off for yet another set of lenses. Received them in October 2025. Still can't read with them, the eye Dr. tells me it may be my frames. So I picked out another pair of frames and received the new lenses and still can not read with them. I would not have even put one star on the review but you have to pick one to put a review for this office. It's been approximately 14 months and I still have not been able to get lenses that I can read with. I would never recommend or refer or have anything good to say about this office or the staff. I'm changing to a different instance company for 2026. And hopefully "myeyeDr." will not be on the list. I absolutely will never return to this office ! They gave a lot of excuses without a solution. So excited to go to a new office. All I can do is pray on it.. ok. for those who have taken the time and read my story on what I went through. Stay safe and blessed. This has been my eye dr since I was in middle school and I am now 20. The service is amazing and the ladies are very attentive. Dr.Phelps is so sweet and engaging. I would recommend 10/10!
