This was my first visit to My Eye Dr Regalia and it definitely won't be my last. I remembered Dr. Kendrick from Eye Spectrum years ago, so I knew he would be great! The ladies at the front, Cece, Latrice, and Antoinette were absolutely amazing. Everyone was patient with both my daughter and I and they were all willing to answer questions. Very professional, AMAZING staff!!! You will not be disappointed!

My Eye Dr always takes such great care of me. The staff are helpful and courteous. Dr. M. Kendrick is very personable, he listens to all my concerns and educates me. My interactions with the office staff Cherbria and Latrice put the icing on the cake by being so pleasant each time I visited that before I left I was always happy and smiling. That's a great feeling to leave happy with the services rendered from anywhere in today's climate where customer service is a rarity. Great Job MY Eye Dr.

The eye exam went great but I was lied to and deceived. I specifically told the person that I DID not want progressive lenses and she assured me they weren't, as if I can't read. Why do I receive them and what do I have in my frames, progressive lenses. I didn't want them because they give me a headache and I don't wear my glasses for reading, only distance. I have to position my head at the right angle when watching television or it appears blurry. I don't know what her deal is but I will not be coming back there.
