I've been coming to this location for about 15 years, and I've always enjoyed my visits. My most recent visit to select new glasses was an over-the-top positive experience! This was my first time meeting Allison, since I had always dealt with my family's good friend Greg (who is now retired). Allison's communication style really put me at ease since picking new glasses can be stressful. She encouraged me to try a style that I wouldn't have necessarily picked out for myself, and I ultimately selected that frame. It was also on the more expensive side of the frames they offer, so Allison is also a smart salesperson I have received more compliments on my new glasses than I have ever received before (and I've been wearing glasses for 25 years), so many thanks to Allison for a job well done!

This was an amazing eye doctor I have ever been to super clean. The staff greeted me with the most polite sign of welcome the doctors knew what they were doing. Kelsey was great she was so sweet and patient with me helped me to pick the perfect glasses for me she was amazing to work with.

Outstanding Service Every Time! Chevon is absolutely AMAZING! She consistently delivers exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to help. I always have a great experience when working with her. She consistently has a positive attitude, is incredibly helpful, and provides excellent insight on helping me choose the perfect eyewear. She greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel comfortable right away. Her professionalism and personable approach truly set her apart. Highly recommend!

My new go to location for the past few years. It's out of the way but the staff is great. Allison gets me through the yearly choices and is a saint for dealing with my employers plan. Very knowledgeable and patient seeing as I dawdle on my yearly appts.

I had a great experience at the eye doctor, and a big part of that was thanks to Kelsey Robertson who works there. She was kind, patient, and extremely professional. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about the patients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend this office!"

The service here is horrible. My prescription was not accurate. I have been here 3 times and 2 of the times I had to wait over an hour!! I took my designer glasses in there for them to put my prescription lens in them. Since my prescription was wrong i asked for a refund. They returned my designer frames back to me without the demo lens that were in them. I did not give permission for them to destroy my lens that came with the frame. I may have wanted to wear them with contacts. Now I have frames with no lens! This was my 1st time coming here and will be my last. Horrible experience and service!!!

Always have a good experience at Mt. Mariah location thanks to Allison and Dr. Usdan. Allison always makes sure my entire family is taken care of. Don't know what I'd do without her! Dr. Usdan so knowledgeable and helpful to us. Must say Chevon also always helpful!

I have been a patient of Dr Hampton's for years and he is fantastic. I called on a Monday for an appointment two days later on Wed, the receptionist called on Tues had to leave a voicemail to confirm my appointment for the next day. The voicemail said to call back to confirm but it never said I would lose my appointment if I didn't. Next thing I know they canceled it. Dumb rule, lost a long time customer.
