I was very pleased with the care and concern Dr. Lao expressed during my eye exam. She is a brilliant doctor. She is compassionate and extremely thorough. Her lead tech was beyond sweet and very knowledgeable. Everyone was professional and took great care of me. I look forward to my follow-up appointment this summer.

Dr Lao excellent doctor listened patently and resolved my dry eye problem. She performed procedure Punctal plugs on my both eyes, now I don't feel dryness at all. Thank you for excellent care!

Having my cataracts removed by Dr. Lao was actually a positive experience!! I didn't realize how bad my vision had gotten. After my first surgery I could see soooo much better. It was like walking into a dream! I could see so clearly, everything looked so bright and defined within a few hours after the surgery. My second surgery went perfect also! Dr. Lau is very kind and explained everything that I would be experiencing. She answered all my questions and I was at eager for the surgeries! The staff at Hamilton Eye were excellent also. I will not be returning to this place the tech was the one did everything the measurements of the eyes, the exam,dilate the pupils etc and no tomography were performed even though I asked for it Dr Lao showed no interest at all talking about i had perfect eyes even though I know my issues of been diabetic with my eyes I waited in the exam room for a long time and when she walked in I can sense her vibe showing a little interested she looked at my eyes with a flashlight thats all she did then told me she will see me in a year that I had a perfect vision this visit was very disappointing on top of it they have students the dr had a student and the tech had students as well this was first and last time for me at this place.

I went to see Dr. Lao with Cat Scratch fever and only had about 15% of my eyesight. After 3 weeks and a hospital stay, I finally got to Dr. Lao. I was obviously very scared and Dr. Lao with her sweet disposition made me feel better. After 3 weeks of medication, I COULD SEE AGAIN!! I would highly recommend this lady and I am so very lucky that I had this Doctor on my side! I can see just like before the "fever" - YAY! Love, love Dr. Lao!!
