The optometrist at target was excellent. Malynnda and Paul were excellent also. The glasses fit perfectly upon putting them on my face. I have never used an optical shop connected with a major Department chain before. I am going to come back here for any future glasses, unless They do not have a frame that I like. And then I may go somewhere else, but I like the fact that the nose supports have metal but they're encased in plastic whereas the other glasses just had plastic and no metal so I like that and I like to get a glass case that they gave me also.

Our prescription was wrong (not performed at Target) and Paul did not just assume that we weren't giving our prescription time. He checked the lenses and looked at the previous prescription. He recommended that we return to the place that did our exam to verify. We did and they had my husbands far off from where it should have been and mine off as well. Paul assured us that Target would fix it free of charge. He was very sympathetic during the whole process. Great customer service Paul!
