Turn in my Cigna and Medicare card at the front desk and got the exam, ordered my glasses paid $100 for transitions and then 10 days later the lady from the front desk going to say
"we don't take Cigna and the difference in the Medicare paying $100 also is You have to pay $350.00 more out of pocket"
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!! CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!!! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!
