The doctor, I believe his name was Dr. Jones, was very considerate to my needs and he laughed at my jokes about my visit to my previous eye doctor. This was my first time at Visionworks. And they absolutely impressed me! I was able to book my appointment online and when I arrived, everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful! The lady that fitted my glasses for me was so helpful. I asked her to help me pick out some glasses because I haven't worn glasses in years. She took the time even though they were extremely busy to assist me and help me pick out the perfect frames! Five stars is not enough to write this office on Poplar Avenue. They went above and beyond so as a one out of five stars I give them 100!

Jasmine greeted me with a lively smile as soon as i walked in. She set the mood i'm going to have that visit. I've always seen Dr. Carrie as I've been going to this location for 5 years now. She's always addressed my needs and is taking her time with me and my eye care. Answers my questions the best wY she could and offers alternatives on my eye problems. I also appreciate that they sanitize the equipments between clients. That's a big thing for me. I just wish there are more trendy frames and brighter color schemes available.

I had an appointment at America's Best Eyewear, but the front desk staff was so rude that I walked out and went to Visionworks instead. I was able to get a same day appointment, and by the time I checked in and stepped away to the restroom, they were already ready to see me. The whole team was amazing especially Ty, who was so knowledgeable about the glasses. The doctor was very informative too. Their kindness completely turned my mood around. After a rough day at work, my evening ended on such a positive note, and I felt confident I made the right choice going there.

I am so thankful the doctor found a retina tear and was able to get me into a specialist quickly. He took the time to throughly check my eye and talked me through the whole procedure that would take place. After dilation of my eyes, he made sure I had protective eye wear to be able to see and drive home. His kind bedside manner far exceeded what I received at the retina specialist office. Thank you to Dr. jones at the poplar Ridgeway office for his care.
