I've been a loyal customer of Eye masters and Dr. Buck next door for at least 15 years. I always get great customer service. If I have a problem with the glass which they don't make they just sell them. I take them back, they'll adjust them, fix them or replace them with no problem. So as long as I need glasses I will be going to the same location on poplar avenue.

The eye tech was very professional and knowledgeable in her work explaining what I need in regards to how my eyeglasses should fit. The store got very busy and each time someone entered the door she greeted them and telling each person to feel free to look around and I will be with soon. I don't know her name but I can say she and coworker worked that store very well.

From the time that I entered the doors, I was greeted and treated with care and respect from the receptionists. The check-in process was quick and efficient because it was offered beforehand online! The Optometrist (Rachel Barrantes, OD) was very knowledgeable, sweet, caring and attentive. Once I was done, I went right next door and received the same treatment for my new glasses. Major s/o to Steven Swain (Licensed Retail Supervisor) at Visionworks. Please try them out! You will not be disappointed!
