Should have read the reviews before shopping. Apparently licensed optometrist only on site Monday & Tuesday so even if you placed an order for glasses and they come in during the middle of the week you still have to wait the following week be able to pick them up. Doesn't make any sense. Better off going to a target or an actual brick and mortar caterer to vision.

This Walmart Vision Center, was horrible. They were only interested in your money, not helping you pick out a pair of glasses. They were very rude. And the Dr. was the same way, she couldn't wait to get off her shift,and she didn't care if I was happy or not. Now I have a pair of glasses that I can't even use, because I cannot read out of them. Its so bad I can't even see my phone,and I paid over $200.00 dollars. I tell all my friends how awful they were and I would Never recomend them.

I am rating this on the simple fact that I'm unable to get anyone on the phone to get information. When I call the direct number and they transfer me no one answers the phone, and I get the excuse that they are extremely busy, which of course is a lie they have to tell. I actually went to the store to see how busy they were and there was no one in that department at all, the lights were even on to suggest the department was open. I hear bad reviews about Walmart all the time and now I understand what people are talking about. This has got to be the worst example of customer service I have experienced in a while.
