West Tennessee Eye Millington: Dr. Cooper, Dr. Talley, Dr. Mokry & Associates

excellent staff , everyone is more than kind . though i was mislead due to my not reading or understanding something i signed on initial paperwork that in turn seems that cost me extra 50 bucks to actually get fitted for frames. Still cannot get head around the idea of that. is this not the point of eye exam but to have to pay extra to get fit same day is absurd. READ THE PRINT PEOPLE, of course someone asks you if you read and understood that line ,BUT THINKING ID HAD , SAID YES but the words that that meane its more and upfront were never said at all. THAT ID HAVE UNDERSTOOD. THEN WAS TOLD THAT I WAS TOLD THAT FLAT OUT, plainly not as id have said i did not bring money today but read and ask questions.

I have chosen this office since my now 29 yr old and her other 3 adult siblings were elementary age. My now 9 yr old gets through his optical visits with ease because of the care their great staff and doctors provide! Dr. Talley is great with my son and seems to care about building relationships with his patients! Shout out to the staff at Millington for a fantastic visit yesterday and the great crew in Frayser where we have most of our appointments.

Dr Tally and staff are awesome! Dr Tally had a situation with an upset patient, therefore they were running behind. I could tell they were trying to get caught up, but they handled everything very PROFESSIONALLY. Dr Tally and staff were patient in between patients and answering any questions. We need more PROFESSIONALS like them! Thank you, keep up the good work!

Dr. Talley has proven to be a professional, very caring, skillful, knowledgeable helpful doctor from the heart. This is not fluff. He has gone above the call of duty for the care of my eyes and I can't thank him enough. The staff is amazing and kind. They also go above the call of duty to help you in any way they can.

The assistant was more informative then the doctor and she was more detailed then the doctor. She made me feel more comfortable about the diabetic eye exam, and I thank her for that.

I have been going to this location for years. And, I plan to continue. I love Dr Tally's professional approach to my concerns. And, his layman's explanations of what's going on. I am content!

I love WTE, the staff is great and Dr. Talley is amazingly great. He is such a good Doctor and very thorough. He has been my Doctor for years.

I phoned WTE to order contact lenses and to have them held at a different WTE location than where my exam was. Kayla was so friendly and helpful. It is always a pleasure to speak with customer facing employees that have a friendly, personable attitude. Thank you Kayla. I appreciate your help. Happy Near Year!
