I want to document several safety and care concerns from my visit on [1/23-26]: 1. Driving after dilation: Before my eyes were dilated, I asked if I could drive home safely. I was told that I should be able to, and that the dilation would only last about two hours. I followed that guidance and waited in my car in the Macy's parking lot for two hours, but my vision was still blurry. I had to drive home while my vision was impaired, which was unsafe. 2. Contact lens guidance: I asked where I could get contact lenses, and I was told "anywhere," with no further instructions. During the contact lens fitting, I was asked to insert my own contacts while my vision was blurry. I could not see clearly and had to ask for help. 3. Contact care instructions: I was told to leave my contacts in for only four hours, but my eyes were still blurry and uncomfortable, so I had to remove them later than instructed. Additionally, I was sent home with no contact lenses, no contact lens solution, and no instructions on proper use or care, leaving me uncertain about what to do next. 4. Feeling rushed and unsupported: During the visit, I felt rushed and that my questions were too much, which made it difficult for me to get clear guidance. I request that these issues be documented in my chart to ensure that future visits are handled safely and appropriately. Specifically, I would appreciate: * Clear guidance and assistance during contact lens fittings if my vision is impaired, * Proper instructions and materials for contact lens care, * Accurate counseling on post-dilation effects and driving safety, including realistic time expectations, * Supportive communication that ensures patient questions are addressed without feeling rushed. Excellent customer service with a great staff and caring doctor. They have a very wide selection of designer and regular frames to choose from. The office was very neat! I enjoyed my visit.

My experience was amazing. The staff and doctor made this visit very personal. Dr. McIntosh , went above and beyond as she made sure that my contact lens diameter and prescription were perfect. I will be back next year.

Dr McIntosh was awesome the staff greeted me with warm smile. I differently will be back. I don't recommend walk-ins after 12 though for no type of business
