I made an appointment in September. They called a few days before and said the doctor had to reschedule. I was understanding because those things happen. Unfortunately, they could not schedule me again for a month due to our schedules not matching up. Again, a little irritated but understandable. Then again 3 days before my appointment in October, they call to reschedule again because the doctor would be out and asked if I could come in "tomorrow". I can't just take off from work in a moments notice. The would not be able to reschedule me again for a while. Since this was an initial appointment, I told her that I would not reschedule and that I would find another doctor.

I love this location! Everyone is helpful and attentive. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses made sure I was 100% satisfied! Dr. Kayci Ermis made sure I had enough contacts to last me until my contact order came in and is always happy to see her patients. I felt like they truly listened and cared about what I needed and wanted!

One of the nicest Eye Centers I have ever done business with. Excellent customer service, prompt answering calls, a great staff, and very smooth process from start to finish. The nurse was fantastic. Made me feel at ease and comfort. Nice and clean facility. The doctor was extremely professional, yet friendly and helpful. A good variety of frames even with my insurance. The fitting process with quick and easy. Very nice staff. I can't say enough good things. My daughter also had an appointment and had a great experience also. Bonus tip. There is a nice coffee shop in the same strip mall. Excellent service and coffee. A win all the way around.

The equipment felt a little dated but if it works it works.
Went in on a whim because we'd been putting off getting new glasses, got set up for an appointment, went in, picked out glasses, really easy and reasonable.
My only real complaint is they put some dyed stuff in my eye and didn't warn me it had dye in it, got some on my clothes.

My 5 year old son and I both had appts at this location. I was very pleased with our experience. The staff were all very friendly. It was very clean and I could see all the measures taken to keep their facility disinfected as often as possible. The doctor was phenomenal. My son was uncooperative at first but she talked and interacted with him so well. He was able to relax and complete the exam. Would definitely recommend this office.

It's so warm and welcoming!
Kayci is a lovely person and a wonderful doctor. I took algebra from her precious grandfather, used to see her father as my optometrist, and now I see her here in Bay City. The entire Ermis family is great. Very good people!
The rest of the staff are equally kind and warm.
The woman who helped me pick glasses showed me prices, packages, helped me choose frames while my eyes were dilated, and we had a great conversation about foods we like. It was like picking out frames in a friend's house. She also saved me a ton of money on my glasses!
Definitely ask about the brands that have packaged deals, they're just as cheap as you can get online.
Overall, I'm so happy that Berkeley has a location in Bay City, and I will continue to go here.
