Absolutely zero issues. Said glasses would arrive in 7-10 business days, they were in on the 7th day on the dot. Prescription was spot on. Staff was great. I am rough on glasses, and these glasses are tough. Most reasonably priced glasses I have ever bought. Got a pair of bifocal transitions and a another pair of the same in safety glasses.

Went to Walmart vision & glasses in bctx to pick out frames for my kid. Found a pair that we liked and was told 7-10 business days glasses would be ready. 20 calendar days later still no glasses. I decided to cancel and took my kid to Vision Works whom had a better selection of frames and they were ready in less than 4hrs.

Ordered new glasses on 5/8/29 and my receipt showed an ETA of 5/16/19. On 5/17/19 (1-day after ETA) I went to Walmart to check on my order, was told by employee that my glasses had been shipped. On 5/24/19 I went back to Walmart to AGAIN check on my order. I was then advised that the frame I had selected were no longer available and that I would have to pick another style, or they would give me my money back (this is now 17 days after original order). I opted to select another style and reorder after the employee said Walmart would expedite my second order. She then gave me a new receipt of the new order and it showed the same 8-day ETA as the original order. When I question that there appears to be no expedite on of my new order the employee said that she had to wait 30 minutes to call the lab to arrange for the order to be expedited. Really feel like I'm being giving the run around and that they are just saying whatever to get me out of the store. It looks like (at best) it's going to take at least 25 days dealing with Walmart before I will get new glasses.
