my overall experience with Mann Eye Institute in Bay City was extremely pleasant and stress free. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Angie at the front desk scheduled and coordinated our appointments for our convenience. Processing in and checking out were efficient and friendly. Elizabeth the technicians work up was very patient oriented, professional and listened to help get the best results. Dr. Graham is very proficient and thorough, she explained her observations and eye health in excellent detail. Lili the Optician was both helpful in finding new glasses that gave me the style, look i desired and getting the fit and measurements that provided a wonderful new pair of glasses. The whole organization is definitely 5 star.

After having Advanced Cataract surgery, I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor Stephanie K. Turk for my follow ups and treatments. Doctor Turk is awesome! She's friendly and very compassionate.Her personality is very bubbly and I like that she's gentle and patient with her clients. She listens to your concerns and shares her thoughts. Her team is wonderful. They always welcome you with a warm smile. Eager to do their jobs and they always make you feel welcome and comfortable. I am so very grateful that my daughter convinced me to visit Mann Eye Institute.

I had my cataract surgery of the left eye done end of June,2025 and the rt eye done on the 16th of July 2025, at Mann Eye Institute, Sugarland.Both eyes were done by Dr. Brian Wright and he did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. The entire staff is wonderful, from Ashley and Francesca at the front desk to Jahlisa, the counselor! Jahlisa, took her time to explain in details the financial implications of my decision and guided me through, every stage and she followed up with text messages until I finally decided on my final option. I strongly recommend Mann Eye institute, for cataract surgery. Their post surgical care/ follow up are excellent. Thanks to Dr.Tina Burr for the post surgical assessment. Y'all are the best!!
