The optometrists are both great. The rest of the staff is insufficient, unorganized and immature. My daughter's appointment was July 31st and her glasses were not ready until September 16th! This was due to inefficiency and disorganization. When I called to inquire about my daughter's glasses I was told they had not even been ordered. When I got upset up about it the lady that handles insurance literally laughed about it. We will not be going back.

The drs are husband and wife, my son and i have been seen by both and they are both nice and are never rushing and will sit and answer all your questions.my son started seeing them and 2 years ago and he is now 12, as well as myself so they do all ages. Highly recommend. Overall great experience and highly recommend
