Today was my second visit for a consultation, and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Morre and her assistant, Didi, treated me wonderfully. The doctor is very professional, caring, and attentive; you can see her genuine interest in her patients and not just in the money. The service at the front desk was also excellent. I highly recommend it.

Went in for a prescription update on my glasses and I had a great experience. I was recommended by a current patient to see Dr. Moore and she was also great (plus it was really close to my job). She had an intern working for her who was really knowledgeable and got my new prescription going and Dr. Moore came in to crack some jokes and make sure I was all set and ready before I went over to pick a frame. I do wish they had a bit more options for Men since it seemed a bit limited in comparison to all the other frames they had but overall I had a great and wonderful experience! Totally recommend!

As a new patient, I was extremely pleased with my visit on yesterday 2/23/26. The staff was warm, friendly & accommodating. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee :) Dr. Tucker was thorough in discussing my family history which is a bit lengthy to be honest. And I didn't feel rushed at any point! She explained all my options for contacts and glasses & offered me the best & most practical deal for my lifestyle and eye issues. Now I see why my mother and my grandmother speak so highly of the practice & Dr Tucker. She has just gained the 3rd generation of our family in me!

Informative, incredibly helpful, considerate, and took the time to address all our concerns. My child has seen numerous specialists and Dr. Voss was not only knowledgeable about Visual Snow Syndrome, but was the first to actually provide possible ways to help my child. After years of searching for help, I want to thank you Dr. Voss and the rest of the staff at Bellaire Family Eye Care for finally providing useful information and hope. Bellaire FEC is also the first to do additional testing that provided us with information we never previously had and discovered issues we were unaware of (my child has previously seen opthomologists, neurologists, and neuropyhmolgy for this condition)

From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated professionally and respectfully. We looked at frames and the selections were awesome. Then the testing began and the assistant was very knowledgeable about her job and her treatment toward me. I did my eye test with the doctor and she found a cat hair in my left eye that had been causing me some discomfort. Immediately my eye felt better. Then I again relearned how to put me contacts in. What a challenge this is for an 83 year old. I'm trying my best and will continue to practice and wear them. All in all it was a great experience and am looking forward to getting my new frame and glasses. Thank you Bellaire Eye Center for everything.

From greeting you as you enter the office through the entire appointment, I am made to feel very comfortable. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. I see Dr. Karen Ebling, who patiently explains all procedures and tests. I feel very comfortable asking questions, and she takes time to make sure I understand the answers. I trust her judgement and feel she is very well qualified.

I was referred by my PT who spoke very highly of Bellaire. I was driving in from Louisiana and essentially had an eye exam. I was supposed to go through the neurosensory exam whom scheduling assured me they knew exactly what I was talking about having past TBI and even the Dr I was sent to seemed shocked I drove from Louisiana to Texas for an eye exam. I asked for visual therapy. I also asked when scheduling to see a Dr who seems more familiar with TBI and neuro only to be told that person only sees kids. That did not prove to be true
Thankfully the visual therapy manager talked to me on phone and helped me understand where the mix up was. Without her I would have left Bellaire as I wasted a trip and five hours of driving.
It was very disappointing visit to find root cause as well as understanding what caused my issues. I am hopeful the next visit gives me hope that this is the same place my PT spoke highly of
