Dr. Shah is a wonderful doctor. She has been treating my eyes for a while now. I had an excellent experience at the ophthalmology clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I really appreciated how detailed and attentive the examination was, it made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The appointment process was smooth, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Overall, the level of care and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate ophthalmologist.

Dr. Shah is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very comfortable during my visit and appreciated how attentive she was to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking for outstanding care.

If I could I would give it zero stars, Dr. Nisha was highly referred to my mom by another doctor. I don't know why she has five stars but Dr. Nisha has poor bed side manners, very impatient, and seems money oriented. Couldn't give me or my mom an explanation for what was going with her eye. And she also contradict herself once my mom questioned her about her treatment Dr. Nisha's solution was to do a temporary option which cost $12,000 and that was only good for a month but even if they put that lens my mom won't be able to see, so basically she was not giving us a solution per say. Second she mentioned that she might have retina detachment and she doesn't specialize in that but then continues to contradict herself saying that its inflammation of the cornea, my mom can't see at all and her eye is very irritated. Dr. Nisha got frustrated and told me to go talk to her receptionist since she couldn't answer most of my questions. She kept coming in and out of the room several times, the whole time she seems like she was in a hurry and was short with her answers. Overall, very bad experience. She mentioned that my mom should stop the eye drop steroids that she was taking due to her first surgery because based on what she saw that was making my moms eye more inflamed but yet prescribed my mom the same brand of steroids make it make sense.

The doctor was amazing. I would recommend her to all family and friends. She took a long time explaining things.

I highly recommend Dr. Shah! She is very knowledgeable and well informed. She helped me with my dry eyes immediately! All my questions were answered with much patience. She's the BEST! I never have to wait too long in the waiting room to be seen, Appointments are always on time, I love that! Both Doctor and Staff greet you with a smile! 10 Stars!

Dr. Shah is excellent. She immediately made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond in her eye exam. She took time to explain my eye condition and showed me the images so I could understand her diagnosis. She very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Both Dr. Shah and her receptionist were friendly and professional. Dr. Shah answered all of our questions and was very reassuring about starting the treatment for my mother's eye. Her receptionist was super helpful with information about the compounding pharmacy where mom's prescription was sent. I would recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking for her specialized help with cornea issues.
