Horrible service and extremely rude. We were having trouble with making a debit purchase for 300.00 pair of glasses and when it didn't work one worker said I don't know what you want me to do about it and then I got my bank on the phone and they said to manually enter it but staff said they don't do that so I guess they didn't need my 300 dollar purchase

I have used Walmart Vision on and off through the years. My experiences have varied until I moved to Texas. Walmart Vision in Buda has been a positive encounter. What makes the encounter great are the employees but one shines bright above the rest, Crystal. She is incredibly knowledgable and has a heart for service. Last week we went in to pick out new frames for my son, who has been living with broken frames all summer. I was so happy to see Crystal when we walked in. She was getting ready to leave for the day but said she would get us started with frame selection. Well, the store became busy and Crystal stayed to help us from start to finish. She never complained and had the patience of a saint with us as my child was trying to make decisions. Crystal helped him understand which frames were best for him and why. We ended up getting 2 pair of frames and were given estimates for 10 days to pick them up. So excited because one pair is ready after only 4 days. Thank you Walmart Vision! But big thanks to Crystal who never disappoints, who always has a smile, and who always goes one step further to make the experience a memorable one. She's a class act!!
