As a first-time patient at Eye Trends, I can confidently say this was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had! I saw Dr. Reyes, and he was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely attentive to all my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire exam. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does! And the TEAM?! In-freaking-credible! Every single person from the front office to the back office, to checkout, to helping me pick out my new glasses was SO kind, professional, and welcoming. The energy in this place is unmatched. It's organized, efficient, and still somehow feels fun and personal at the same time. Shouting it from the rooftops I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you're looking for exceptional care, amazing customer service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond, Eye Trends is it. 10/10 recommend!!

The people here were really nice! The lady/technician who helped me with the eye machine was super funny, and very patient. Dr. Shini helped explain what my eyes were doing, and why they were doing what they were doing. It was interesting and pretty cool to look at! Overall the visit was awesome and I'm really happy to have them as my eye doctor!! :)

Very thorough exam and very quick exam! Friendly staff and they were training someone during portions of my and the staff was very professional in explaining what to do and thorough! Have had some not so pleasent experiences at the eye dr in the past but highly recommend here! Dr. Reyes was very thorough in the actual exam!

Dr. Shini of Eye Trends in College Station has been our families go to for three generations. Caring, courteous, with great staff! Eye Trends comes highly recommended. Also all the newest Trends in Eyewear. Not to mention our adult daughter wears contacts and highly recommds Eye Trends. Both my husband and I give Eye Trends an A+ rating.

Very friendly and thorough examination. Everything was well explained. The office is well laid out and open spaced. When we discovered that our present insurance did not cover our visit, the tech. was able to obtain another insurance plan that completely covered our procedure at no additional cost to us. Great service all around, thank you.

At my initial scheduled appointment I was turned away because they wanted me to pay upfront instead of accepting my tricare insurance.( I was 9 month pregnant and due literally the following day) then when I stated their error they offered an appointment next day where half the time I was supposed to be meeting with the optometrist he was out of the room. Their customer service improved when they owned their mistake but overall very disorganized.

Excellent professionalism and good vibes. All the staff there are really kind, helpful, and professional. You really get the sense that they are medical professionals and that your eyes are safe with them. They are really helpful and patient.
