Do not ever try to use someone unprofessional to request an ASL. A doctor can't try to go around behind the insurance or the laws because the cost of providing or giving people with disability languages accessible. It is a discrimination and against the policies of sharing patients confidential and it is a clear breach breaking my personal information to the public. This is unacceptable and I will address this to the insurance and they shouldn't be working with any disability patients in the future.
