Everyone seems unhappy to work there. I've been there two or three times now and every time the people working at the desk have an unpleasant attitude and speak to me like I'm dumb for asking a question. When I ordered contacts they said it would be two weeks, it has been 3 so I called and asked about an update. The lady answering the phone said "yeah looks like they reached out to you. " I have no missed calls from this place. Then she said "let me check, yeah they're here. "
No follow ups? No second call?
Terrible customer service. I won't be returning here unless I absolutely have to.

The doctor is fantastic but the billing lady is extremely rude and tries to sell unnecessary services. I was overcharged for an eye exam I didn't receive, she labeled it as a "comprehensive exam." Make sure you fully understand what you're being billed for.
