Visionworks Post Oak Mall

This was my first time going to this eye doctor and I was very pleased with my first appointment as well as the choosing of the frame process. The employees were very nice and very informative. I arrived early for my appointment, but went to the wrong place in the mall and was still able to be seen and was given instructions over the phone as I walked to the other side of the mall to be seen. The optometrist was very nice and very professional. He was very good at explaining what the terms meant he used and didn't just speak medical jargon . I would also like to include that Brenden went above and beyond to help me and explain what I was getting vs what I needed in an affordable way and I left very satisfied. I was going to order my glasses at a later date and decided to come back w cash and get them. The choices weren't the most expensive I've seen even w/o insurance and I was very pleased w the selection and how they had it organized by shape of frames as well as in depth explanations of terms and choices I didn't understand. Leah was very helpful as well, and very polite. My only wish is that it didn't take 2 weeks as I have been needing my glasses more as I'm getting older and my vision isn't the same, but very smooth process and informative staff.

The screw and hinges that held my left temple of my glasses was broken and I came to VisionWorks at the Post Oak Mall and the fixed it for me in minutes FREE OF CHARGE! When I asked if they took tips they kindly rejected and told me to leave a review instead. I wish I could've asked for their names but it was a guy and a girl working the opening shift on Monday Jan. 26th. They were so helpful and fixed my issue super quickly. Thank you so much. My girlfriend was very happy with the results.

Leah went above and beyond to help me choose a pair of glasses. Great customer service.

My husband visited this store yesterday in a bit of a panic because our 7-year old broke his frames and he needs his glasses to see. We could not wait 2 weeks for a new pair. The manager was super helpful. He was able to give us a new frame within a few minutes while my husband waited and it was all covered under warranty. He went above and beyond. This is probably the best service we've ever had when needing to have glasses repaired. We have 2 kids that wear glasses so we will continue purchasing our glasses here.

Destiny was amazing while helping me and other customers in the store. They were fairly busy and she did a great job taking care of everyone in a timely manner. Someone give that girl a raise! I'll be looking forward to doing business with Visionworks again if they keep people like her that have exceptional customer service.

What a wonderful experience! We were a couple both needing glasses. Dreaded doing this but we had a pleasant experience & very entertaining! Did not feel pressured, communicated effectively & assisted us in finding the best deal. Can't wait to get our new glasses! Larissa was extremely helpful.

Nice, pleasant, easy going attitude was the attitude of the clerk. Rather than try to sell me anything new, she offered me an option which gave me back some time. This gave me the opportunity to complete more tasks.
