Walmart Vision & Glasses

The whole experience of purchasing eyeglasses at college station Walmart vision center was a great experience from the helpful staff, very knowledgeable, Even when I had to return a pair of the glasses that I had purchased they were kind and courteous they help me refile my claim with the insurance. I would highly recommend if you need glasses to experience wonderful customer service.

Elissa was incredibly helpful and explained everything very well. She was awesome! I will definitely return next time I need glasses.

Tonya was exceptional and incredibly cordial with helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. She answered all my questions excellently and succinctly, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I usually don't leave reviews but this team is impressive. Tonya was amazing! She came in and instantly started helping us out. She was quick and smart with my questions which I appreciate and friendly too so just made my experience great. I saw the woman named Tonya. She helped me pick out glasses and she's very knowledgeable about what looks good on you. She knows her job well and if you get her to help you, you are lucky. They are all very nice there at the College Station store! Store # is 01150.

Tonya is an incredibly wonderful Optician. Very chatty, easygoing and better to deal with. I was really impressed with her service as it was seamless and pleasant!

My first experience was excellent. However, on October 8, 2025, I went to the store to ask if my son's glasses could be repaired. Ms. Tonya assisted us and confirmed that the repair could be done. My son's lenses were scratched, and Ms. Tonya took the glasses and said she would place the repair order. Later, I received a message stating that the glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up, the frames were missing. It is very clear that Ms. Tonya kept the frames on October 8 when she took the glasses. Now I am being told that the frames are not there, that I must bring new ones, and that I need to wait for Walmart to review the video footage from that day. When I asked how long it would take, the only response I received was "We don't know." This situation is unacceptable. My son urgently needs his glasses -- he cannot be without them. I expect a prompt and clear resolution to this matter and for Walmart to take responsibility for what happened. UPDATE Miss Tonya called me an hour later and informed me that there had been a mistake, but she and her manager resolved the issue. My son's glasses are now ready for pickup. Thank you very much, Miss Tanya, for your prompt resolution.

I had a great and exciting experience today @WM College Station with Mayra, who was very friendly, warm, chatty and welcoming. I got my glasses and I'm excited!
