Adair Eyeware in Fort Worth is 100% exceptional. After over 40 years of wearing glasses, I've had my fair share of disappointments due to a difficult prescription, stigmatism, and a small face. I sought sunglasses that shielded my peripheral vision while mountain biking and paddle boarding. I researched military glasses with prescription inserts and exterior lenses and chose Rydon Slim sunglasses from the Rudy Project. After Reaching out to The Rudy Project, the connected me with Adair Eyeware, set up an appointment for me to visit their professional staff, and from corporate to local, the customer service was seamless. Adair Eyeware has technologically advanced equipment to ensure my glasses were perfect. The quality of the lenses exceeded my expectations. These are honestly the best glasses I have ever owned and the fit is perfect. I'll return to Adair for future glasses, and my husband and child will too.

If you are wanting ex exceptional customer service and an amazing selection of frames this is the place!! They do on-site repairs, which is what I needed. Don't go to chains or big discount stores for your next set of glasses. These guys are amazing!!

I had a great experience at Adair Eyewear! Robert was incredibly nice and helpful--he quickly fixed my glasses and made the whole process easy. Excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Robert was a lot of help with my frames. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and also considerate with mask etiquette during the pandemic. Very nice guy. The selection of frames was also fun to browse. Worst part of my experience was at the end when placing a try-on order for some frames they didn't have in stock - lenses were not supposed to be a part of the transaction. Instead of frames, I was charged $449 for lenses NOT $290 for frames. I asked (several times) for a partial refund of $159 to avoid double charging my credit card and holding up more money - so that I could keep my rent on auto pay. I mentioned this too because it was important to me. But guess what!? They refunded the wrong amount ($490), and they still charged me the full amount for the frames. Rent autopay is now cancelled, and I have over $700 in charges still pending on my card. Great! Not only did I feel like I was being completely ignored by the two ladies working check out, but it felt like my money wasn't even being handled with care. I worked retail management for years and would have never handled my customers or a transaction this way. On Monday I am requesting a full refund ($290-$41=$249), and taking my money elsewhere.
