The team at AVI has been very friendly, kind and generous with their time in order to make sure I was cared for and made sure I understood the procedure. Dr Strange was great when performing the SLT's I had no issues with either eye. When I went back for my follow up, Dr King was also extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience! Dr. Strange gave me a free consultation and shared all of my opinions. He throughly explained the differences in my opinions and helped me find the right choice for me. Tania, shared her phone number and answered any questions I had as they came up (which there was a lot lol). The staff was so kind and made me feel super comfortable. I ended up doing Evo ICL surgery at 24 y/o. The procedure went smoothly and the recovery was pretty easy. It's such a blessing to be free from contacts and glasses!

The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. The doctors take the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and never make you feel rushed. At my pre-op appointment, Lisa was absolutely wonderful. I have hooded eyelids, which can make some of the cornea measurement exams more difficult, but Lisa was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She explained every step of what she was doing and why it was necessary, which made me feel informed and at ease the whole time. The technology and facilities are top-notch, and it's clear they prioritize precision, safety, and patient outcomes. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and far exceeded my expectations.
