I had an amazing experience with Dr. Giammarco at Eagle Ranch Vision! As someone with a very high prescription, it's usually a long process of trial and error before I get the perfect contact lens fit--but he nailed it on the very first try. On top of that, the team was even able to file my contacts under a medical necessity through my insurance, something no other office has ever done for me. The entire visit was thorough, smooth, and genuinely cared for. I'm so grateful for the clarity--both in vision and in service. Highly recommend Dr. Giammarco and Eagle Ranch Vision!

Had good experiences here in the past, however...new appointment system is not client-friendly. An appointment was auto-scheduled for me at an inconvenient time. Received an automated text, replied No with no effect, then continued to receive appointment reminders. Even called to cancel, but continued receiving reminders for the appointment. Received another appointment confirmation this week, so I rearranged my schedule and came to appointment only to be told when I arrived that the appointment was given to someone else - nothing they can do, it's all the system. Very confusing and frustrating experience with booking an appointment. Please figure out how to better communicate with clients

My optician was named sydney and she was absolutely amazing!!! I was there at least 2 hours trying to figure out what pair of glasses I liked. Sydney was very patience, understanding, very helpful. Thanks, Brenda, for the reminder about the annual eye exam. But please feel free to take her name off the list. She's my mother. We wouldn't use your service because we had a very bad experience with one of your employees. This lady was an older lady, like in her 60s. She was pretty impatient with my mother. We were trying to explain to her that my mother cannot see well with the glasses this lady was trying to fit on her. Then this lady started yelling at us in front of everyone in the store. I remember everyone looked at us. We were pretty embarrassed, to be honest.

Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. Inquired about cost of a cash pay contact eye exam PRIOR to scheduling and was quoted $98.
I set up an appt for the following week and arrived. In the middle of filling out paperwork, a younger front desk girl, who clearly doesn't care for her job, comes over and tells me "since you're cash pay, price is $98- $140 for the exam and another $140-200 for contact fitting." I said, hang on, I was quoted $98...and now you're telling me it's gonna be $300 ? Her reply- "Yeah"
I told her to cancel my appointment and she just walked off.
So I got 45 minutes of drive time and fuel wasted by this business. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
