Absolutely ridiculous wait time. My appointment was at 730 this morning and it's now 9am and I'm still waiting. How the hell do you get behind when I had one of the first appointments of the day. If you're company is so money hungry you need to over book that many appointments maybe you should figure something out. I'm tired of doctors thinking their time is more important than mine. I just left the office without being seen by the doctor. Not a single staff member even asked why I was leaving. Horrible customer service. So much for "caring" for your patients!

The Fort Worth office runs like a well oiled machine. We arrived at 12:57 pm and was done by 3:30p. Even though the appointment was 2.5 hours, it was constant movement which made it go by quick! And they have great snacks! Everyone works so well together! Will recommend to others!

Staff was caring and competent. Dt Hu had a relaxing sense of humor and did a fantastic job on both of my eyes in a week. The surgery was much easier than I was expecting and within two days I was seeing like I got two new eyes! I would definitely recommend Dr Hu for your surgery.

The office runs with incredible precision. They often run behind but again that is dependent on so many factors. So as long as you are prepared for that, all is fine. They provide coffee and water while you wait. Staff is friendly and thorough. Duties seem to be very specific and well organized. For involved cases, I would not go to anyone else other than Dr Hu.
