Ophthalmology Associates

Everyone we came into contact with was professional and courteous. Carol is on supplemental oxygen and had a time limit on how long she could be away from her car charger. Everyone was very accommodating related to this issue. Dr Han went ahead and spoke to her a little early just to help us out which was awesome on his part. Could not ask for a better experience with a health care provider. We will tell everyone what a great facility this is. Cannot say enough good things about Opthalmology Associates.

The receptionist was polite and cheerful. I didn't wait long in the waiting room. The tech was professional and thorough. Doctor Healey, as always, listened to me and answered my questions. He let me know the current condition of my eyes and what to expect in the years to come. I'm happy with my overall experience at Opthalmology Associates.

This place is the best you can have around The Fort Worth area! They will go above and beyond to make you feel safe. Those ladies at the reception? Gold star! What about Dr Sean Healey? 5 star. He is on top of his game. Overall there not a better place to get your eyes taking care of! Thank you for the awesome Job guys!

Awesome! Very comfortable atmosphere.. Knowledgeable about and attentive to all patient problems and concerns. They take their time with everyone but in a timely manner. Very pleasant all patients seem to Very pleased and very willing to tell how well the service is each time they come. Great Job Great Blessings! Thank you!

Had an appointment this morning with Dr. Adam Hajovsky. His receptionist along with his technicians were efficient, friendly and professional. Dr. Hajovsky on the other hand has zero social skills, he's rude, disrespectful and displays little regard for others feelings. I can only hope this review makes it back to his boss who in turn puts that man in check!

I have NEVER felt so unheard, unimportant, and frustrated. I sat in the patient room for over an hour only to be met with a physician who run through my appt as if trying to make up his being late to patients behind me, by speeding through my time. He didn't make eye contact, didn't hear my concerns, and didn't care that I was in tears with disbelief and complete frustration that my eyes are much worse AFTER cataract surgery than before. I was dismissed with yet another follow-up appt because he had no answers for me. Over and over I've tried to explain my concerns, yet all I get in return is another appt..... Im a young, active, healthy 65yo woman in the prime of my senior life. I know we all deal with various aches and pains as we age... but people, Im NOT DEAD!! I want to see again at least as well as I did pre cataract surgery. It's not too much to ask! This office and industry appear to be more focused on number of patients they run through the office daily and NOT on making time to HEAR their patients and provide them with much needed answers, and if you dont have the time to listen and provide me with answers.... point me to someone who will help me get the answers I need. Stop shuffling me back and forth between doctors and appts, help me or refer me! Our eyesight and hearing are just as important to those over 60 as it is to young adults. I want someone who finds it as important to them as it is to me that I cant see clearly!

Although the wait time was long, the staff was very kind and professional. The Dr that I saw (Flowers) was incredibly helpful and explained all of my options. He also was kind enough to assuage my fears. Every employee that I encountered was very kind and had a great attitude.
