Advanced Eye Clinic

Went here for eye exams for my daughter and I. Hers went fine. I was given a prescription for glasses and sent home with a trial pair of multifocal contacts. I then went on to get my glasses rx filled (they don't have that option in house but do suggest going next door, I went elsewhere). Immediately knew my rx was off, everything was blurry so I let them know, had another appointment with a second Dr for the correct rx with the same rx I told them I had the previous year( at another place). Ok, cool. Mistakes were made but they corrected the rx. Now I have glasses in a rx that is weaker. I took the second rx to get filled for my contacts. Was told it was missing details in order to fil it. I then emailed to get it updated. They sent me the original incorrect rx. Emailed again, they sent me the same one. Emailed again, was told to contact the office if I had problems so thy my rx. Went again today to get it filled as my trial lenses are out. Was told AGAIN the rx was missing details, they had to call the Dr for this information. Luckily someone answered their questions but now I'm worried which rx they filled in the details from. I ONLY went here because my insurance had them as a provider. I'll be paying out of at another office this upcoming year as this was ridiculous. I don't recommend it at all.

Am highly impressed with Cierra's Positive & Helpful Attitude! It seemed as though she knew what I was looking for & zeroed in on the frames I was looking for. Even though we looked at other frames, I purchased the one's she picked & have enjoyed the fit, the style & have had many compliments!!! She ensured everything was covered concerning the lens & frames!!! Great Job, Cierra!!! Thank You!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I was there by 3:55pm but guess what? I had to wait till 4:53pm for Doctor Patel. Do you know why do we make an appointment, right? We want to value time and finish everything on time if yall doctor isn't available by that time then please let us know earlier so that we can make plans and move on. It was comprehensive eye exam since I never have done my vision test in USA, so he asked me what do you need, I told him comprehensive eye exam for military, he was super fast and was in rush I don't know why he was done so early at least he could have told me if I could fixed my vision by doing surgery or not. He told me if you've any questions ask me, at that time I was nervous, instead he could explain me what kinda problem ive and what can be done for the correction.

We absolutely love our experience with Dr. Phung. She is very kind and knowledgeable + is very good with children.

Take my advice and stay away! I was looking to get my prescription updated in my contacts and the your Dr refused to give me a prescription for the brand I have been using for years. Told me I would have to come back again and pay again in order to get them. But I could get the brand he is clearly getting paid more to sell. Even though he told me the brand I was looking for was what he personally wears. In the middle of my exam he said he would be back in a few minutes and he went and did a whole exam for the trim next to me and made me wait. This visit took a hour and half when then people after me were out in 30 mins. He clearly doesn't care about his patients just wants to sell what he wants.

Went in early this week for an eye exam! Super quick and the Doctor was very kind! Great costumer service! Even witness him sitting with a brand new customer, going over there insurance step by step offering the best way to use it and make the most of it so that she wouldn't have to pay much! This place seems to really care for there customers! Would highly recommend!

Came here for my daugther staff and Dr.Patel were polite and fast we were in and out !!

Everyone at the practice was awesome from the moment I walked in. Very short wait time, which I appreciate. Dr. Patel was a stand out for me. He was very thorough. His bedside manner was excellent. He was very respectful, kind, and easy to talk to. He explained things in "non-doctor" speak so that the information was easy to understand. I absolutely recommend!
