The optician was very disrespectful towards my mom. He handed my mom contacts then turned her away without answering her questions. He couldn't be bothered to even identify which contacts go to the left eye and right eye. He didn't even help her make sure the contacts would fit and were comfortable. My mom was not comfortable with how she was treated and with the overall quality of service. Will not be coming back.

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. The optician was not professional, did not answer my questions, and lacked good bedside manner. Not coming back again. I paid $200 to be treated so poorly. I do not recommend.

Staff was really nice and friendly. I have EyeMed and this is a Plus location, but they require Optomap retinal imaging for $39. I told them when I scheduled the appointment I didn't want this exam. BIG issue was I was NEVER told about the contact fitting fee. I was told the contact exam we would pay $40, when we are checking out we are told it's $117 for contact fitting fee. 1 contact exam and a trail pair of contacts. Crazy but I had already received the services. Ask up front how much for services to avoid issues.

The main reason I am giving 2 stars is solely based on the kindness of the woman with purple hair. Other than that it would have been 0-1 stars. The MD was rude from the moment he walked in. His office and his affiliate office do not share the same system even though they are the same company (same website, same waivers to be signed with both Doctors listed, etc) They charge specialty pricing for contacts that are single use while other optometry offices do not. They also don't tell you that you can opt out of the scan that cost extra money at the beginning of your appointment. I am all for making your money but being sneaky is not how you keep business. I also feel that they manipulate the insurance system to get the most money out of you before leaving. I will be pulling my records from both locations and taking my business elsewhere.

Wanted to get my eyes checked since it has been a few years and picked this place because my insurance recommended it. They are all so nice and friendly! They don't have as many glasses to choose from as other chains but the options they do have are very nice and good quality. They did all kinds of measurements to make sure they fit perfectly and I'm very happy with my selection.

These folks are absolutely wonderful. While I wasn't super happy about how expensive my glasses were (not necessarily their fault - i blame insurance and my eyes!), when I rec'd them a week after the exam, the transition feature just wasn't that dark - which was frustrating - again, because of how much I spent. After calling about it, they ordered replacement lenses at no cost with a darker transition really with no questions asked and they'll be here next week. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this place!!!

When I arrived they were very friendly. Dr. Greg Fray was Excellent, BEST experience ever with him. The only down fall of my visit is when they charged me an unexpected payment of $130, When I called to schedule my appointment they stated my co pay was only going to be $10. I would have not had a problem if I knew the pricing ahead of time , so I had no choice but to pay it. So for that reason I was not satisfied with my visit.
