I have historically gone to the Lincoln square location but the traffic can be a bit difficult. When I got a call from this location I was down to try it. The space is easy to find, well kept and the staff are all friendly. Dr Vo was great, she did not rush or seem irritated when I asked to go back to 1 vs 2 because they were hard to decide on. Yadira was our sales person and she was super patient with my 8 year old when he had a melt down over the lack of "green" glasses in kid sizes. She helped me pivot him and we were able to find an alternative pair. I told her I didn't think my face looked good in plastic frames but she found a pair that had plastic frame and metal arms and were absolutely my colorful style. Props to Yadira. The manager on staff Aj was very kind and welcoming. The only negative I have is I asked several times for them to write the pupillary distance for me but she did not. I can not remember the front desk lady's name but she was also very nice and welcoming.

The best eye exam I ever had from start to finish. From the moment I entered the staff was very friendly. My appointment went seamlessly, even at the end. Nic is very knowledgeable, thorough, and mannerisms were awesome. He made very comfortable and didn't try to force anything on me.

I loved my experience with this location. I worked with April and Julissa and they were both so great! Julissa helped me pick out perfect glasses, both April and Julissa were such a pleasure and made my experience a great one! Will definitely be coming back!

My whole experience was great! They were very accommodating. Sariah worked to squeeze us in. Then there was AJ that went out of way to figure some things out for us, and April agreed to adopt my 20 year old son as her newest brother! Dr. Vo was super patient. Really love this location!!!
