The Customer Service exceeded my expectations,I was literally in and out in a blink of an eye! I absolutely adored Tabitha we clicked immediately she's truly heaven sent , conversation was amazing she answered all of my questions and got me all the way together by hooking he up with some new contacts! I found my forever vision home in America's Best,Thank you again Tabitha,and may God continue to bless you!

Honestly was expecting with a franchise eye doctor business to just get a basic level of care and being shuffled in the fold. However this location and staff 10/10. From the check in process to the exam all the way to picking out my glasses. The first phase of the exam the female was very informative and great customer service. Then onto the second phase with the doctor. He was very educated and walked me through all the questions and took his time with me! Also great "bed side manner" Then onto picking out my glasses, the front staff was so helpful and nice! Perfect team all the way around honestly. Was not expecting that with a franchise eye doctor this felt like top tier care. The customer service attitude from everyone came across like they enjoyed their jobs and helping customers!

I have gone here for the last couple of years and always had a great experience especially with the front desk/staff! Tabitha is an amazing, kind, ball of energy! She really made the experience so fun! Everyone else is also so kind and patience and willing to help and figure things out! I really appreciate the staff here!

you get what you pay for here. some might have great experiences. it's definitely the cheapest but they don't seem to care to much to fix your glasses and idk the quality of the eye doctors they have but i've had two exams and the prescriptions seem to give me headaches and not be as good as if i was to go to a high end glasses place. This has just been my experience been going here for a few years and it's okay but wouldn't recommend. Hopefully the third time is the charm lol

Tabitha helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful. I'm not the type to leave reviews but she was so sweet and helpful I had to for her. Ask for her, she's great!

Yesterday we went to get our daughter new glasses because she broke hers. Princess stated to bring in her lenses and they could try to fit them into a donated pair until hers came in. Today I took them in and met with Tabitha. She was so sweet. She did some magic and fit them into a pair for her to wear to school in the meantime! I wanted to give a shout out to both those ladies for there exceptional customer service. Americas Best literally saved the day(s)!!!!

Americas best has always been my go to and will continue to be for eye care. This location in particular has excellent customer service. Tabitha, was extremely helpful, personable and was thorough in explaining all of our options. Wonderful location, wonderful staff!

Kind, patient, great with kids and excellent multi-tasking in a very busy store. Wonderfully knowledgeable and able to stay on top of their correct info on insurance coverage while being so busy. They saved America's Best sour taste another store left in our mouth. Worth the drive to downtown for their service.
