I was skeptical to book here because I'm used to visiting this business in more high-end retail markets. However, I was so impressed by their glasses inventory, with everything from economical to designer, and nothing that didn't look trendy, functional, and flattering. The doctor and staff were friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The entire appointment took no more than 15 mins to write a prescription that had me seeing 20/20 up close and far away. I wanted to recognize the staff for going above and beyond. I broke the frames of my only pair of glasses, and they found a cute frame that fit my lenses so I could see til my new pairs came in. I highly recommend this place.

Been coming here for years and I've never had an issue until TODAY! Scheduled an appointment and I arrived 3 minutes late. They told me at the door that they don't have a grace period for my allotted time because it was the drs lunch time. & that they called me NUMEROUS times or "so many times" like the girl at the desk said lol I only had 1 missed call saying to come in early if I wanted to because they didn't have too many appointments before me. Literally only 1 call. And she proceeded to say that she even called me from her personal phone number. When I showed her that in fact I had only 1 missed call & ZERO from her supposed personal number , she proceeded to give me attitude and look annoyed lol why would yall even book someone around lunch time or fail to mention "hey, there's no grace period for your time so please arrive on time or you'll lose your appointment.." ??? Yea never coming back for the simple fact that they lied to my face and then give me sass & blame me for why I missed my appointment.

By far the best customer service is at this location. Elisa was very helpful and went above and beyond to get my daughter's glasses fixed. I didn't realize a screw was missing yet she was able to find a spare one and get my daughter's glasses fixed. Keep in mind we went in 15 min before they close. Any other person/business would have turned is away or ask us to come back another day. Not Elisa she made 100%effort to get it right regardless of time, money and how tedious that screw was to put on. Thank you Elisa

From the phone call to emails and texts, to walking into the store everyone so welcoming and informative. The doctor was awesome. The person that helped me with my order was so awesome, professional, customer could not be any better. She is customer service.

10/10! Ive never had a eye doc like Doctor Mayor! He was great, very friendly and communicative of what is going on and what options I had. Tabitha was amazing as well! Felt very comfortable and satisfied when she helped me pick out frames. She's explains thoroughly what insurance had to offer and what they offered as well. Overall great experience!

1. Wrong frame (had to get a refund) 2. Not ready on time 3. Was never contacted (email,call, message) for any update Reason why I'm giving 1 star: Did not receive my glasses This place ordered the wrong frames on top of them already being late with their "ready by" date and not being contacted to let me know of any update (order ready date changed/ready to be picked up) My time was wasted here. I could've had my glasses sooner instead of now having to find another place and having to wait. Detail: My initial experience (getting my eye exam/choosing the frame) was okay. Saying that, Patricia (lady who was helping me choose my frames/ complete my order) was very persistent on me getting a second frame. After explaining why I wouldn't want the second frame she had chosen for me, she told me that my glasses would be ready by _____ date. I called day of since I hadn't heard from them. Was told that they were just shipped and would still have to wait a couple of days. sure. I proceeded to call on the new date (again, no contact from them) and was told they were in fact ready to be picked up and I should've received a notification (did not, I made sure to check email/phone before calling in case I missed it) Once there, I was given the wrong frame (the glasses Patricia was trying to convince me to get). Once I stated this, I felt as if I was in the wrong for even mentioning it. I proceeded to just get a refund from the frames.
