If I could give 0 stars, I would. The receptionist are horrible. I called to let them know that I was 5 minutes late due to a car accident ahead of me. They reassured me stating they have a grace period of 10 minutes. I called continuously to update them and make sure my appointment wouldn't be cancelled. To my surprise, my appointment was cancelled as I was pulling into the parking lot. I called immediately and said we just spoke and you said I had times and she stated the doctors were going home. If you cannot service customers at a certain time period, then STOP putting them on schedule at that time. I will definitely be complaining with the BBB also.

The Doctor and the Person that does the first the pre exam and pictures was a pleasure. Once I sat down with a rep. 195.00 for 2 pair for progressive. I asked how much he said anything on this wall. Two for $195. I spent 10 minutes with the receptionist prior to the exam. I wanted her to explain to me how this works 2 for 195.00 including the Exam. She said the same thing. The doctor said the same thing after 2 and 1/2 hours. $595 not including the extra exam for the pictures of my eyes. The salesman I believe his name may have been Juan a Spanish guy tried to rip me off and came down from the $595 to $230. In other words, he would have stole almost $400 from me. They are nothing but thieves and should not be in this business. He should be fired. There is a small print on the sign that says 195. He said can you read that? I made him a bet that he can't read it either because he wears glasses. Without glasses he wouldn't read it. Because he couldn't Without glasses. Misrepresentation false advertising walked out. I didn't pay for anything. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was my daughters first time getting an eye exam and the staff was just awesome! Everyone was so attentive and patient. She is on the spectrum so I was a bit nervous but they let me assist as needed and I could not have asked for a better experience. The Dr the was kind and very knowledgeable! She advised us on what needed to happen now and in the future to help with my daughter's vision concerns. Super shoutout to Iris who assisted us with picking glasses and she really was helpful with staying in my budget. Her thoughtfulness is beyond appreciated!! This was my first time at America's Best and it certainly won't be my last. Excellent job to the full team. I pray this reaches the right person because they should be recognized. Happy Holidays!

My friend and I both came in for new glasses. We are both in our 70's.we were immediatly pleasantly greeted by front desk staff. Then we were assisted by Mr Juan Carlos...he was great. He was patient and explained everything to each of us. Did not talk down to us as some young people do. He helped us find the glasses that would work for our persciptions. Really went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. His kindness and he was very kmowledgeable.. Thank you Juan

I just want to say that the staff here has been low tier for some time. The ONLY reasons I'm giving a 5 star is because Dr. Irizzary is incredible, Iris is always such a genuine human and does her job well and today my experience with Diana while she was helping the front desk was superb. Everyone else was clueless, I watched Diana interact with several customers when they walked in, tend to me while pulling my insurance, and take the phone calls all while another employee just sat there or got up and completely loose minded. So kuddos to Diana for being a rockstar- that girl needs a raise. Also Dr. Irizzary is the most professional and best doctor this whole location has ever had!! Truly a gem!

We have been going here for years. This last time, I was very disappointed. The doctor was great. The lady who did the pre exam was great. But everyone else, not so much. We literally watched a group of workers sit around a desk and talk about "6-7". We were looking at them and 5 minutes later did someone call us over. We were the only ones there. And while we were being helped, it was like gossip central! It's literally a bunch of very very young adults running this place now. We won't be back. This place has gone down hill so fast. You guys also ordered my daughter's replacement glasses from an older prescription so she can't even use them. Place has gone way down hill!

This location, on 1-10-26, was horrible. We had appointments at 3:50pm & 4:00pm. Arrived 15 minutes early to look at the frames while we waited for appointments. At 5:00pm, neither one of us had been seen by the eye doctor yet. We asked front desk why the delay? Young man came to the back and looked through the files and stated, your are next in line. Doctors took three more patients from the files. Had to leave as there was no order to whom they saw next. Eye doctors picked and chose out of the stack of folders without any concern on who was next and front staff just stacked them all together. The floating female doctor would grab a folder and walk back inside her room and close the door for a bit with no one in there. Very disorderly.

Our eye specialist, Nevada, was very helpful getting all three of us just what we were looking for. She helped explain how to maximize the benefits of our insurance policies. As a result we each were able to get two pair of glasses each. Nice!
