I had a wonderful experience at America's Best! Ms. La'Keisha helped me, and she was truly the sweetest woman--so kind, patient, and understanding. She explained everything so clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her customer service was absolutely fantastic, and she really made me feel comfortable and confident with my choices. I'm very thankful for her help and I'm already looking forward to picking up my glasses. Highly recommend!
I ordered a pair of glasses here on 12/5/25 and they arrived to the store on 12/18/25 with a scratch on the left lens. They had to order a replacement lens and I picked up my glasses on 1/8/26. The left lens scratched again and the scratch was down the center of my left eye. It was on the coating, not a deep scratch or damaged. Light would shine directly through the scratch and right into my left eye. I work on a computer 9 or more hours a day.
Their return policy is supposed to be 30 days no questions asked.
I went to the store on 1/28/26 and spoke with the manager Regina. She is the WORST customer service person I have ever dealt with. She blamed me for the scratch and refused to return the glasses. She tried to say is was the cleaning solution I was using, but I don't use any solutions on my glasses period.
I called America's Best customer service number and they could care less. They refused to let me talk to anyone at corporate and just said I had to deal with the store and hope the Regional Manager calls me back within 48 hours.
I ended up having to make a complaint to my eye insurance company and they had to call to the store on my behalf.
In the end Regina finally took the glasses back after my insurance company was going to file a complaint on 1/29/26. I wanted to exchange them. Regina didn't ask me, nor offered to exchange. She just sat down and refunded the order without giving me any other option. Due to Regina's crappy customer service, I was refunded without my permission. Since my claim was for 2025, I now cannot use the 2025 benefits anymore since a new eyeglass place cannot back date a claim so I'm just screwed out of getting glasses using my 2025 benefits. So I paid for a year of eye insurance to my work through my paycheck, but due to Regina's incompetence, I cannot use that insurance.
When I told Regina I would just take my family's business elsewhere if she wasn't going to help me her response was "That's fine". Great customer service right!
If you want cheap product and crappy follow up customer service then by all means shop here.
Regina even told me that their polycarbonate lenses are one of the most delicate made and can damage easily. Way to promote your product as quality.
10/31/26 follow up: The Regional Manger David called me and he could not believe how Regina treated me so he sent me to see Jessica at the Overton Ridge store on Hulen St. They ordered me a new pair of glasses for free. Thank you so much David and Jessica.
I don't recommend the store on Sierra Springs and you can see why, but I absolutely recommend Jessica's store on Overton Ridge.
WOW! Another Amazing Experience at ABC&E- Chisholm Trail Ranch!
I've been coming to this location for a few years now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back -- but this most recent appointment was truly exceptional!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Trish at the front desk and the friendly staff on the floor. The energy was warm, welcoming, and efficient -- I was in and out so quickly, but never felt rushed!
Markia, my tech, was an absolute delight. Kind, upbeat, and so fun to talk to! She explained each machine, what it did, and why it mattered in a way that made the whole process feel easy and informative.
I saw Dr. Nguyen for the first time, and he was fantastic -- very nice, professional, and quick with the exam without missing a thing.
And then there's Tanisha, my optician -- sweet, helpful, and full of personality. She actually helped me last year too, and once again made picking out glasses such a fun experience. She and Markia had me laughing while still helping me choose exactly what I needed.
Overall, this visit was not just smooth -- it was genuinely enjoyable. The whole team works so well together and creates such a positive atmosphere. This is exactly why I'll continue choosing this location year after year.

I had a great experience at America's Best thanks to La'Keisha. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. With her help, I was able to get both new contacts and new glasses without any stress. Really appreciate her professionalism and kindness!! She made the visit easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend seeing her!
Tanisha, Trish and Dr. Nguyen are the best and very professional. I enjoyed my time with them and the assistance that was provided. It didn't feel like I was actually purchasing glasses, but more like a conversation with longtime friends. I recommend this location for anyone who is currently seeking that professional eyeglass assistance and knowledge. Again, great job you guys, and I'll definitely be back!
Lakeisha B was very nice and extremely helpful. She greeted me when she came in and was just pleasant to work with. It was a great experience with her. She was patient throughout the entire process. She made sure that I was comfortable with what I was getting before finalizing everything. Loved working with her. She's the best!
Absolutely wonderful service, Trish the receptionist is the ABSOLUTE best, Kristy the Tech was great she was concise and adequate. Jeanie the Optician was sooo patient, as I probably picked 20 pairs, and she bought me over 2 pairs and one was the charm. Dr.Nguyen was the best he absolutely was thorough, and patient, checking to make sure everything would work well for me. Well here is were everything went downhill...The Manager Regina, when I entered the building I had asked the receptionist could she charge my phone, as I was expecting a call from my Ill mother's Doctor, but my phone died in route. She said sure, come with me, Regina was watching the whole conversation, as she took me to show where she would charge the phone, she questioned me 3 times, As if she had not seen the situation. I finally told her you saw her & I taking the phone to charge, as she wanted to explain when going towards the intake room, someone has to escort you! Duh!! You saw Trish walking directly ahead of me, after that I just told her I didn't want her to assist or talk to me. The 2nd issue I thought was degrading was Regina ( manager) outside scrapping the glass of something, if you knew you were going to make a mess, why come inside Infront of others and ask the receptionist Trish tos get a trash can and broom to sweep up your mess. That is NOT her job, she is to monitor calls, appointments and to get insurance info checked etc, she is not your clean up crew, you were doing nothing and could have did it yourself. I have never been in a business were I could feel the tension of the workers on pins & needles because someone was like a bear on their backs. Cuddos to Trish, Kristy, & Jeanie, you guys are working two jobs, your regular job then your 2nd job the monkey on your backs. I am Praying for you all.
