Dr. Gajjar was absolutely awesome! She really took her time to listen and address all of my concerns, which I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I fully understood everything. The staff members were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The screw on my husband's $230 eye frame got broken and wasn't able to hold lenses. Since it was less than 1 year since purchase time we stopped in the MyEyeDr store (the place of purchase). They told us that screw is broken and they not able to get it out of frame (to replace the screw). Our option was to purchase another new frame because we didn't buy manufactory warranty for extra ~$40 (at the time of the order)?!?!! They provide no-charge "manufactory warranty" for 90 days only!?! After 90 days manufacture defective frame is your problem!!

This place used to have quality. Now they have receptionist that ignore you, don't know how to treat/talk to a client. The last time I went they took long to call me in for my appointment because they "forgot" about me. I was waiting for nearly an hour after I had checked in. They ignored me when I went to pick up lenses, something that could have taken 2 minutes took 30. Take your business somewhere else.
