My experience with Azure Eye Center on yesterday was very positive. The office staff I met, Ashley, Mia and Amanda was professional, compassion, friendly and informative. I was greeted with a warm smile and help with filling out my paperwork. On a scale from 1-10, I must rate the visit a huge 10+. Dr. Troung explained everything to me step by step, from the test results to surgery information. I will highly recommend Azure Eye Center if asked.

The front desk receptionist was extremely kind and warm. She handled my check-in and check-out quickly and left me with no questions! Tami was amazing! She connected with me on a personal level and I felt like my concerns were heard by her. She explained every process to me so that I knew what to expect. I wasn't very satisfied with my visit with Dr. Truong. I felt like he dismissed my concerns because they weren't as extreme as the nurse notes made them out to be. My after visit notes were also wrong regarding which eye was bothering me. But he gave me coupons for the eyedrops and ointments he suggested I get, so that was a plus. Overall, I will most likely seek care elsewhere, but I wish I could take Tami and the receptionist with me!
