I love Dr Flowers! He is kind and very knowledgeable He explains things well without talking down to you. The staff here is great too. It is really hard to find a good doctor with good staff so I am thankful for Dr. Flowers and the people working in the office.

I thought he was a good dr until he convinced me to let him do glaucoma and cataract surgery. Biggest mistake ever! My eye are in terrible shape. Having to use 2 very expensive glaucoma medication and my vision is worse than before. It was not correct properly. He did not lessen time when I tried to tell him I was not normal when it comes to my health. I truly wish I could reverse what he did!! Ask a lot of questions and hold him responsible for what happens. Good luck.

Dr Flowers is a great Doctor, but I cannot understand why they have not figured out an efficient patient flow. If you have a 1 pm appoitment you would wait in the waiting room for a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour. Then they take you in, do a test, or put some drops in your eyes, and another wait of 45 min to an hour. It is consistent.My husband has been coming for many years, and it is always the same

The first thing he did was change my medication to the least expensive yet very effective one. I was very impressed that he would prioritize his patients & their care over money. This was my first visit and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Flowers was great and explained everything for my treatment. There was a 30 minute wait, but once I was called back I felt like I was the only one they were caring for. I would recommend Dr. Flowers for your eye care team.

Dr Flowers is great. The only thing I don't appreciate is all the waiting and waiting. Too many patients scheduled at the same time! It seems like the corporation that owns the practices focus more in how many patients can we get in (which puts the doctors in a hurry) instead of focusing on the care of the patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Flowers for about 17 years and can safely say he is absolutely incredible! He is thoughtful and kind, but more importantly highly skilled and incredibly good at what he does. I've had countless procedures done since I was 3 years old and my glaucoma is now controlled and my vision has improved. His staff is warm, kind, and patient. We used to drive from Austin to Fort Worth just to see him! He's the best around.
