Appointment scheduled for 10:15 - waited until 10:35 before I decided to cancel after not seeing any frames that caught my fancy. Multiple people walked in (some into clear employee only areas), were helped, and walking out before I was hardly acknowledged on the sofa. Associates seemed called in many directions and not very welcoming, needing some serious customer service help. Will not be returning or my spouse - such a shame, I have been dreaming of coming to this place!
In response to the lovely Dr. Moore - that response speaks for itself. I told the associate that I had given my insurance information to I was cancelling my appointment before leaving and she acknowledged this with an apology. Do NOT insinuate that I am a liar or rude, as I was very patient in a very uncomfortable situation. Continue with your practice as you will, as we will never be back. I am glad your mother is able to walk freely through your practice and barge in on guests waiting to be helped after a scheduled appointment time.

Can't say enough great things about CLEAR Optical. Dr. Poyner is friendly and thorough and answers all my questions. Latoya went the extra mile to ensure I had all my prescriptions and paperwork and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. Highly recommend!

Been coming to Ft Worth location for six years. Never had problems with the staff before today. In fact, they were nice, agreeable people with only great service on their mind. Which is how it should be. Today (12.9.25) I came in wanting adjustment on the frame purchased about a year ago. I don't know what problem was, but he was walking away from speaking to me directly. One note: I display a stroke like speech pattern. In any event. I left with the glasses being worse (looser) than before. The guy that was "helping" me? He should be in a back-office job with no ability to affect customers.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: Through LinkedIn I was able to find out who that guy was - it was Everton. As said before. he should be in a back office job. I walk now, have no car and its 2.5 miles one way to Whole Foods. I have no desire to work with Everton again.

I absolutely loved working with Latoya--she was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find glasses that were perfect for me. Great experience from the setting up the appointment to appointment day. Staff and Doctor very professional and helpful. Up to date technology which made diagnosis understandable to a lay person like me. I would recommend them for all your optical needs. Latoya helped me picking out my glasses. She did a great job. I ended up with the first one she picked though I thought I liked several Others before I went back to the first one she picked out. She and I joked around quite a bit and I really enjoyed working with her.
I did not use the optometrist, but there is nothing that would prevent me from doing so in the future. I did have some interaction with the other staff members and they were great as well.
Five stars!
