Recently relocated from Florida after 17yrs living there with established doctors, etc., and I needed to get new contacts.
After using mono-vision contact lens for almost 20-yrs I did some research and learned that there was a better option for me as I got older, so I decided to change from 'mono-vision' to bifocal contacts.
Not knowing my way around DFW I chose Dr. Dan Lam because he was just a few blocks from my home. "IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER!"
I didn't realize how challenging it was going to be for me to go from one lens (mono-vision) to two lenses (bifocals). Dr. Lam is extremely knowledgeable and both he and his staff are all wonderful, they have been patient with me, helping me to find comfort as my eyes adapt to the new changes until I find the best option for me... not an easy thing for me to do as I switch new doctors and routines in a different state!
