Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful doctor. She is patient, kind, informative, and very professional. I have been a patient for over 20years, I drive 40 minutes for my appointment, because she is simply the best! I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 35 years and by far this was the BEST appointment I have ever had. I now understand more about the "why" behind my vision changes and the appropriate care plan for me (and I am in the medical field!). Dr. Nguyen was so kind and helpful, and her ability to teach her patients about their vision health is unique and needed in healthcare. She has the most amazing bedside manner, and does so with speed and accuracy. I felt understood and heard immediately by her and her entire office. Victoria and Yen helped check me in and provided me with all my options, and Tonya was the awesome in helping me pick out the right glasses and helped me plan with my insurance so I could get what I needed most. I understood everything and my options and I left there finally feeling clear about my vision and what I had to pay for. This group of people are special, and my entire family will now be changing over to them!

I decided to try contacts since Corona happened, and wearing glasses and a face mask isn't exactly comfortable. A friend of mine recommended this office. Dr. Nguyen is patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered my questions, and was honest with me. The staff is quick, and polite. They made trying on contacts a comfortable process. I enjoyed my visit, and look forward to trying out these contacts. I'm glad that I came across this clinic.

I've gone to see Dr. Nguyen for 2 years now and while I was impressed the first time the fact that all the staff and Dr. Nguyen remembered me and were so kind was such a wow factor for me. I've had the pleasure of working with Amelia, Yen and Tania. All such kind and caring professionals, they do such a wonderful job of explaining all my options and pricing and are so knowledgeable of all the various insurances I've had. (I change jobs a lot) BUT the best part is how helpful they are with your glasses! I broke my nose pad off my glasses and they ordered me a new one and put it on for me! 10/10 customer service. They also do such a good job of explaining the options on lenses and in the past the upsell always felt like a gimmick at other places but here they convinced me and wow was I impressed! The quality of glasses I got far surpassed any I had gotten before! Do yourself a favor and come here for your next visit. You won't regret working with the wonderfully kind and personable people here!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nguyen on October 12, 2020. Dr. Nguyen is kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She has a beautiful office in a convenient location. Her office is following the COVID regulations to keep her patients safe. The sweet ladies at the front desk, Yen and Amelia, are so friendly and Yen helped me pick out a pair of frames when I visited their office again today. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen at EYES! Optical!
