Dr. Poonawala is great.
The practice, however, is not worth visiting. My initial visit with the physician was subpar, and the patient experience from the medical assistants and front desk staff was awful. Unclear communication, constantly trying to change my appointment time, and not warm or welcoming is what you should expect when scheduling an appointment.
