I had a fantastic experience at the Vision Center at Walmart. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. They had a great selection of frames at very reasonable prices, and the team helped me find the perfect pair for my needs. My glasses were ready quickly, and the quality is excellent. Overall, this was one of the best eye care experiences I've had. Convenient, affordable, and great customer service--I highly recommend this Vision Center!

My experience was very relaxing with professional and polite staff. The Doctor was very patient and made sure we covered everything in the exam. I could not have asked for a Better experience. I will be coming back Dr. Jones in the future. Excellent excellent excellent

Staff explained things to me in a very understandable manner and Dr Jones did a great job explaining how the exam machinery works. I have never understood it before, but I do much better now. Totally pleasant and thorough examination.

Dr. Jones was excellent! I have a very high prescription for my glasses, and every other optometrist I've been to has been all gloom and doom, but Dr. Jones was extremely positive about my vision's future! It was a nice change. I don't have vision insurance, and the $85 for a basic exam didn't break the bank. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing their eyes checked.

Came in as a walk in and didn't have to wait they got right with me. Dr Ellis was amazing, my eyes were to bad and isn't of letting me purchase the glasses like most would he referred me to a specialist first then return after I received results . I really appreciated that from him. He was very patient and explained everything to me where I'd understand.

Dr. Jones eye examination was very thorough. He explained all of the test and what he expected. He listened well and was very considerate. He has good interpersonal skills. I will definitely be making him my new optometrist!

Dr. Jones was awesome with my Grand Daughters (5&7). He treated them like people and was very patient with them. Thumbs up Dr. Jones and thanks for making the girls feel comfortable!

I first left a great review for Dr. Jones but after some time I realized things were not handled right. My son is autistic and got dizzy and sick every time he tried to wear the glasses he was prescribed. I waited six months before saying anything because the doctor told me to slowly get him adjusted to the new frames. We have never had that issue before so I thought it was normal. When I finally called back they told me I had to pay out of pocket even though the glasses are basically brand new and he has never been able to wear them. The second time I called the woman on the phone was rude. During the visit the doctor kept pushing for a higher prescription even when my son was trying to say it was too strong. He seemed impatient and rushed us. The waiting room was dirty and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience overall and parents of autistic kids should be careful and ask questions before trusting this office.
