I'm very hard of hearing and we're hearing aids when I made this known to the staff, they were very nice and helpful and spoke in a slow loud tone where I could understand what was being said. Dr. Nguyen, It's very nice very thorough and very professional. She Took her time and answering my questions and made sure I understood, I did not feel rushed. I felt like she was listening and completely cared wholeheartedly about me.
