I tried to make an appt for my mother today. Mom has dementia and is not good at explaining her health problems. Lady with scheduling asked mom's symptoms. My tells me she sees a dark spot I explain but who really knows. Lady tells me, because your mom sees a dark spot she needs to see a Retina specialist. I say to her, there's no telling what she actually sees and who are you to be diagnosing people over the phone?!! She wouldn't help any further! Forget this place! I'm so mad
